How do we get to the truth?

First we consult with the client and obtain all relevant facts. During this process we apply the MMO-scenario (Means, Motive and Opportunity) and identify all those that should be on a suspect list. If necessary, we consult other people who could provide additional and relevant information.

Only after our brief was properly documented, we interact with the suspects or examinees (in cases of pre-employment vetting). We make sure that the test will be conducted freely, voluntary and without any undue influences. The Disclaimer and Consent forms are signed to protect both the Client (Requester) and the Examiner (Integritas).

Thereafter we enter into a formal and structured Forensic Behavioural Assessment Interview whereby we assess the responses of the examinee and collect relevant information regarding the matter at hand. After the interview, and if necessary, the examinee is invited to a polygraph examination to finally clear him/her or confirm him/her as a suspect. Should the examinee fail his/her polygraph test, a forensic interrogation session follows.

During this process and with the consent of the examinee, we attempt to obtain a confession where any incriminating evidence will be verified or confirmed independently to prevent issues of false confessions. During this stage all interviews are recorded and videographed. Once confessed, a written statement will be obtained from the examinee.
